Redmond Productions provides professional drone videography services including:

  • Fly-through tours and aerial cinematography
  • Real estate and commercial property videography
  • Event coverage and special occasions
  • Social media content creation
  • Post-production editing and delivery

2. FAA Compliance

Redmond Productions operates under FAA Part 107 regulations and maintains proper licensing and insurance. All flights are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

  • All bookings require a signed agreement and deposit
  • Project dates are confirmed upon receipt of deposit
  • Weather delays may require rescheduling
  • Site access and permissions are client responsibility

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to secure booking
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Payment accepted via check, bank transfer, or credit card
  • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest

4. Project Delivery

Timeline

  • Raw footage delivery within 48 hours of shoot
  • Final edited video within 7-14 business days
  • Rush delivery available for additional fee
  • Revisions included in initial quote (up to 2 rounds)

Delivery Format

  • 4K resolution (3840x2160) standard
  • Multiple format options available
  • Digital delivery via secure file sharing
  • Physical media available for additional fee

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before scheduled shoot
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before scheduled shoot
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before scheduled shoot
  • Weather-related cancellations rescheduled at no additional cost

6. Intellectual Property

Client Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive:

  • Full commercial usage rights to final videos
  • License to use footage for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Right to modify and distribute content

Redmond Productions Rights

We retain the right to:

  • Use project footage in our portfolio and marketing materials
  • Share behind-the-scenes content on social media
  • Reference completed projects in proposals and presentations

7. Liability and Insurance

Redmond Productions maintains comprehensive liability insurance covering:

  • General liability coverage up to $2,000,000
  • Equipment damage and loss
  • Third-party property damage
  • Professional errors and omissions

We are not liable for delays due to weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Use the website for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not interfere with website functionality
  • Respect our intellectual property rights

9. Limitation of Liability

Redmond Productions' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
