These Terms of Service apply to Redmond Productions LLC and your use of our services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Redmond Productions LLC provides professional drone videography services, including aerial footage, FPV fly-throughs, and related video content. Specific project details are agreed upon separately with each client.
Clients receive professionally edited video content delivered digitally. Final formats and specifications may vary depending on the project.
All footage captured and produced by Redmond Productions remains the sole property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered content for:
Content may not be resold, transferred, or sublicensed without written permission.
Clients may not alter video content (including color, speed, cropping, or effects) without approval. Text overlays and audio changes are permitted.
Project pricing and payment terms are agreed upon prior to services being rendered. Final deliverables are released upon full payment unless otherwise stated.
Projects may be canceled prior to filming. Any completed work must be paid for.
Redmond Productions operates in compliance with FAA regulations and maintains appropriate licensing and insurance.
By engaging services, clients acknowledge the inherent risks of drone operations and agree to hold Redmond Productions harmless except in cases of gross negligence.
Redmond Productions reserves the right to use all captured content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
